Every session begins with a cheerful, rhythmic circle song. Children learn to greet each other, state their names, and express their feelings using basic French words.
- ECD Focus (Social/Emotional): Practicing polite interpersonal skills and building confidence in public speaking using a new, musical language.
Children combine physical actions with French vocabulary through classic childhood rhymes like “Frère Jacques” or “Savez-vous planter les choux?”. They physically jump, run, or clap when they hear specific action words.

Using the vibrant surroundings of our school garden and classrooms, children participate in interactive games. For example, playing “Jacques a dit” (Simon Says) to point to objects matching French colors (rouge, bleu, jaune) or counting up to 10 using colorful blocks.
