Wild Adventures: Our Little Stars Visit Chipangali!
Our Morning Star learners stepped out of the classroom and directly into nature with a heartwarming educational visit to Chipangali Wildlife Orphanage!
Aligned seamlessly with our Ministry-approved curriculum, this trip taught our children the power of empathy, kindness, and environmental care. Our little learners marveled at the rescue lions, tracked the slow movements of giant tortoises, and learned about the heroic staff who nurse injured animals back to health. Seeing our children interact respectfully with nature while learning about camouflage, patterns, and habitats was beautiful. At Morning Star, we believe in hands-on experiences that expand the mind and build deep moral character!
Curriculum Integration Breakdown
| Developmental Area | What We Focus On During the Tour |
| Moral Development | Cultivating deep kindness, respect, and stewardship toward living creatures, emphasizing why we do not tease or scare animals. |
| Cognitive Development | Sorting animals by category (birds, reptiles, mammals), observing habits (what they eat), and sharpening listening skills during the guide’s talk. |
| Physical Development | Exercising gross motor coordination by walking safely on uneven natural pathways and mimicking animal strides during the lawn picnic. |
